For over 15 years he held various roles with Blastrac, where he trained countless flooring contractors on the proper operation of shot blasting equipment. He was hand-picked and sent to the Netherlands for testing and training at the Blastrac facility located there. He was also asked to go to Australia, where he trained Kennards to hire personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of Blastrac equipment. In addition, Biggs worked for Bill Jones at Substrate Technology while Jones pioneered polishing concrete with non-planetary equipment. These are just some of the experiences that have shaped Ed Biggs to be one of the most respected professionals in the concrete preparation and polishing business today.
